the hotel's authentic and stylish design made us feel right at home. the rooms were cozy, clean, and warm, which was perfect for our winter visit. the staff was incredibly polite, kind, and caring, always ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. We were impressed with the delicious Turkish breakfast and the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking view of the flying balloons from the hotel terrace. the location was also convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and tour options nearby.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all of the city’s highlights and easy to get around. the breakfast spread was delicious and filled us up for the day ahead. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we particularly liked the attention to detail in the room furnishings and design.

While the hotel was in a great location, it was a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the main street. the air conditioning in our room was not quite as effective as we would have liked, particularly during the hotter parts of the day.

From the moment we entered to the moment we left, the staff treated us like family, providing helpful information and always wearing a smile on their faces. We truly felt at home and cannot wait to return for another inspiring stay.

Additionally, the hotel offers a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the balloons flying by in the morning.

The shower drainage could be improved, as water tends to overflow from the enclosure.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a variety of services such as airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, making it convenient for me to explore the city. I also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and taking advantage of the spa services offered. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
