The hotel is in a great location near the tramway, which was super convenient for getting around the city. It was only a few stops from the main sightseeing venues, making it easy to explore. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions for places to eat and even arranging our airport transfers. The rooms were kept very clean and had all the basic amenities we needed.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel was well located with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. the breakfast offered a good variety of continental and local dishes, and the free Wi-Fi was a useful addition. the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent size bathroom.

The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe with many street vendors selling fake items and the noise from the streets could be heard through the windows. the room was quite hot during the night due to the central heating that could not be turned off, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
