The facilities were excellent with clean, well-maintained rooms and a spacious bathroom. The resort had its own pool, restaurant, zoo, and horse riding facilities. There were lots of activities during the day and night, and a huge and delicious food selection. Staff members were friendly, especially Rustan, Ilyas, and Mehtap.

Upon arrival, we were impressed with the grandeur of the hotel and the warm welcome from staff, who quickly checked us in and escorted us to our room. the room was spacious and clean, with exclusive amenities like a private balcony overlooking the garden area. the Spa & wellness centre provided a variety of treatments from full body massages to beauty treatments, and the sauna and Turkish bath provided relaxation after a long day of activities. the outdoor swimming pool was luxurious and well-maintained, with sun loungers to relax. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach with beach access, providing a picturesque view of the sunset.

The only minor issue was the entertainment at night. the live entertainment didn't always cater to our taste and there wasn't a night club for those who wanted to dance the night away.

We spent the Christmas holiday at this hotel and had a great time. the Christmas dinner was amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes. We also received complimentary gifts, which was a nice surprise. the hotel is located near a beautiful beach and there are plenty of activities to do, like water sports. the best aspect of this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel gym was small and outdated, with limited equipment. the Wi-Fi was spotty at times and the signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel.

The all inclusive restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious dishes, including a dietary corner for those with specific needs. Guests rave about the main restaurant, Ridvan, where they can enjoy mouthwatering meals in an elegant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful staff providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a range of options to start the day off right. Additionally, guests can take advantage of facilities such as the fitness center and enjoy stunning views from their rooms.

Some guests have mentioned that not all staff members speak fluent English, which may make communication a bit challenging at times.

Huge and beautiful hotel territory with good Wi-Fi coverage. Good quality food in restaurants. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable. Ideal for vacation with small children. Numerous outdoor amenities for activities. Festive atmosphere with warm ambiance.

The staff was amazing, excellent customer service skills, beautiful landscape, extraordinary food, top-notch restaurants.
