I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was impeccably clean, which is always a top priority for me. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was very close to the main city transport station and just a short walk away from the tram station. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and visit the local markets. The breakfast provided was also delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and major sights. Breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was enjoyable. The room had a fantastic sea view and was clean and comfortable.

The customer service was lacking with forgetful cleaning staff who did not replenish amenities. The wifi was non-existent during the stay.

I recently stayed at Benler Otel Laleli for 5 days on a leisure trip. The staff, especially Selcuk, was extremely cooperative and allowed us a late check-out, which was a big favor. The location was great, just a 3-minute walk from the main street. The rooms were clean and the AC worked perfectly. The breakfast spread was impressive and the hotel had good wifi. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great customer care, convenient location, and delicious breakfast.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
