The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and a variety of restaurants. The staff was accommodating and friendly, always willing to help. The hotel room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds for a peaceful night's sleep.

The room had poor soundproofing, and noise from the street and the hallways made it difficult to sleep. The curtains didn't block out the light effectively, which could be frustrating for some guests. While the location was great for exploring the city, there were instances of street noise throughout the night, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. it was an average experience for a Christmas getaway.
