The staff's friendly demeanour is noticeable in every aspect of service, pleasing visitors with delectable breakfast options. The facility provides immense entertainment with children's playgrounds, a well-maintained, heated pool and a highly skilled animation team. The newly built, spacious rooms come with all amenities and are immaculately clean, ensuring a delightful experience.

The location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the ocean and access to Snoopy Island. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing balconies overlooking the sea. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. The facilities, such as the large pool and private beach, provide plenty of leisure and relaxation opportunities.

The service in the restaurants could be improved, as some guests experienced delays and confusion when ordering food.

The rooms at this beach resort were spacious and well-equipped, with an incredible view from the balcony. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. I especially loved the crystal-clear water at the beach. I had a delightful experience and would recommend this hotel.

The stay was exceptional, beautiful and peaceful hotel, excellent treatment by staff, convenient location for snorkeling and diving, luxurious rooms with ocean view.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a luxurious Spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool and private facilities to create a luxurious vacation. the staff was excellent and always tried to help us with any issue. We enjoyed the Egyptian animation team who were very friendly and cute. the food was good and the hotel was very clean and neat.

The hotel lacked a water park for kids, which would have been an added advantage.

The hotel had some positive aspects such as the beautiful beach where we enjoyed the clear water and the warm sun. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, which allowed us to relax and have a good night's sleep. they provided some complimentary activities that we enjoyed, such as kayaking and paddleboarding. the location was also great because it was close to some shops and restaurants.

On the other hand, the hotel could definitely improve on several aspects. We found the food to be overpriced and of low quality, which forced us to eat elsewhere.
