I had a great time staying at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the market and historical places. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable, with a good selection of food. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Bursa.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a big bus station nearby and it is very close to many attractions and the main street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a friendly and customer-oriented staff. The breakfast selection is superb with lots of varieties. The hotel also offers excellent spa facilities that are well worth the money. The lobby is beautiful and offers a comfortable place to relax while waiting for a taxi.

The walls are a bit too thin which can result in some noise from the hallway.

The hotel's location is a key advantage, with many attractions and shops nearby. the spa is excellent and provides great value for money. Staff are friendly and went beyond their duties to assist us. A beautiful and comfortable lobby provides a great place to relax while waiting for a taxi.

Another point that would have been nice to have would have been a better breakfast service.

It was conveniently situated near the main attractions and the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke multiple languages and went above and beyond to assist with any needs. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel is perfectly located in narrow backstreets, making it very close to many many spots. It's also conveniently located for parking and is close to downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, with Mahmoud Alsaleh and Saifeddin providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of foods, and the hotel provides ATM facilities. it's a great value for the price.
