During my Christmas stay, I really liked the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. the location was a key aspect, as it was a short walk from the metro station and there was a mini-market close by. the room was clean and comfortable.

One of the downsides was the lack of amenities in the bathroom, with only shower gel and towels provided. Additionally, the beds were quite soft for my preference, and there was no iron in the room, requiring a trip to a special room on another floor.

The location is excellent - close to Paveletsky metro station and only 2 stops from the Kremlin. The hotel is also conveniently located for visitors using Nvukono airport. The room was clean and the interior was fresh. The bathroom was spacious. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The breakfast was good and the bed was cozy.

During our New Year stay, we were pleased with the clean and comfortable room we were given. the hotel's location was ideal, only a short walk away from cafes, restaurants, and the city center. We also enjoyed having access to high-speed WiFi, making it easy for us to stay connected and plan our activities.

This was particularly inconvenient during the late-night when we wanted to quench our thirst. not having a kettle in the room made it impossible for us to heat water to drink.
