Some communication issues may arise, particularly if you need to schedule a visit to the Hammam as the staff may not speak English well.

We had an amazing experience at Business Life Hotel! the hotel receptionist, Kadir, was the best we've ever met. He made us feel at home and was always ready to help with a welcoming smile. Mehmet, another receptionist, was also responsible and professional. the location of the hotel is great, with easy access to a taxi station and a Marmaray station nearby. the hotel offers breakfast, which is a bonus compared to other hotels in the same price range. the rooms were spacious, modern, and kept spotlessly clean. the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. the breakfast had a good variety and the Turkish tea and coffee were excellent.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable. They were always willing to assist with any requests or issues that I had. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. the room and common areas were kept tidy and well-maintained. Another aspect that I appreciated was the convenient location. the hotel was situated near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

the room doors did not close properly, which resulted in noise from other guests. This disturbance made it difficult for me to sleep at times.
