the manager, Serdar, was extremely helpful and accommodating, arranging last-minute excursions and even securing an extra night for us after our flight was cancelled. the room was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a great bathroom and shower. the beds were comfortable, and all the furniture was well preserved. the location was quiet, and we could even see the balloons in the morning from the terrace during breakfast. the owner helped us with balloon reservations at a cheaper price. They also assisted in reserving the green tour, which was a great full-day experience.

I recently stayed at Caravanserai Inn for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend having dinner there as well, as the homemade food is both welcoming and delicious. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers a range of activities to do in the area. The hotel's decor is beautifully stylish and clean, with fast WiFi and plenty of parking space. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend Caravanserai Inn.

I had a truly exceptional stay at Caravanserai Inn. The owner, Sardar, went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. From personally driving us to Turkis Night to arranging activities and finding the best deals, his kindness and friendliness were unmatched. The hotel itself was clean, with spacious rooms and a stunning terrace offering unobstructed views of the region, including the breathtaking sight of hot air balloons. The added bonus of a shisha service was a nice touch. If I ever return, Caravanserai Inn and Sardar's hospitality will be my first choice.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, not too central but still close to everything Goreme has to offer. Plus, I got to enjoy unobstructed views of the hot air balloons taking off. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and the customer service was great. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and hiking trails. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views of the hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace during breakfast.

Worst aspects/ Dislikes: Unfortunately, the WiFi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
