During my recent Xmas vacation, I had a great experience at a hotel in Ankara. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. We were able to check-in early and even got a free upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic! the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in the heart of the city, near all the key attractions. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to our day.

The only negative aspect of my stay was that when we arrived at the hotel in the early morning, they were not ready to receive us, despite prior communication regarding our arrival time. However, once the situation was resolved, the rest of our experience was positive, and the staff was very helpful in making up for the inconvenience.
