The breakfast at Clarion Hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every palate. I especially loved the fresh fruits and the selection of pastries. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even allowed me to check out later without any extra cost. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modernly decorated, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenience of having on-site parking and a large lobby area. my experience at Clarion Hotel Istanbul Mahmutbey was exceptional and I would highly recommend it for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Although the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs, it may be a bit far from the city center and public transportation for some guests. Additionally, there were a few minor issues with room cleanliness, but the hotel staff promptly addressed them.

Efficient check-in and late check-out, friendly and helpful staff , excellent English speaking skills, perfect location for first-time visitors, felt like a welcoming family atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Masco and Mall of Istanbul, making it easy to explore the area. It is also close to the CNR Center and the new IST airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with complimentary toiletries provided. The staff is well-trained and provides exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Some guests have mentioned that the bed is a little too soft for their liking.

Received two complementary drinks at check-in and one complementary bottle of water in the room. the hotel has nice and clean rooms, although not luxurious, with a good variety of amenities provided. It is conveniently located near a metro station and a shopping mall.

Some staff members were unprofessional and rude. Breakfast was mediocre and dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold.

We have recently stayed at a hotel very close to a popular shopping center and outlet mall. The location was perfect for us as we were able to easily visit the shopping center and enjoy some retail therapy. The room we stayed in was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided satisfactory service and the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. it was a pleasant stay with convenient facilities.

The unreliable wifi connection that kept disconnecting frequently.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that I was impressed with the luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, with a wide variety of options including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room. I particularly enjoyed the full body massage, which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the hotel's restaurant also exceeded my expectations , the food was delicious with a range of options to choose from, including special diet menus. the private facilities of my room were outstanding, with a well, stocked mini bar and comfortable bedding.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent housekeeping and room service. Early check-in, late check-out, and helpful bellboy named Ocan Han. Great location between airport and downtown, with good amenities and breakfast variety. Will definitely return.
