I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mehmet the bartender. the beach was beautiful and there were free sunbeds available. It was easy to book tours and explore the area, with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. the hotel even offered us a late check-out which was very helpful. it was a family-friendly hotel with a nice atmosphere and good food.

Despite the disappointing management, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was right on a lovely shallow beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Additionally, being close to nice restaurants at the seaside provided guests with a variety of dining options.

The management of this hotel seemed unprepared and lacked preventive measures for unexpected situations, such as a flood and power outage.

We loved staying here! The hotel is right in the sea front, so the beach is just a few steps away. The area is quiet and perfect for families. The hotel offers many services, such as car hire, dry cleaning, room service, and medical facilities. Our room was fantastic with parquet floor, free toiletries, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the poolside snack bar and the spa centre with a steam room and full body massage. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Costa Bitezhan Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Turkish-speaking staff made a fantastic effort to communicate with me in English, making it easy for me to order food and drinks. One specific staff member, Seher, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going as far as donating her personal iron for our clothes and making us Turkish coffee every day. The hotel is located right on the beach, with a stunning sea view from the room's two balconies. The air conditioning in the room was great, and it was cleaned to a high standard every day. The hotel also provided free bottles of water in the fridge, a nice touch. The food at the hotel was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also convenient, with a market across the road for snacks and a taxi rank nearby. I also loved the Turkish music played by the pool throughout the day, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Great location right on the beach, amazing complementary facts like the 24-hour coffee and tea station, and the free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. the hotel staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Yousef at the reception desk who gave us excellent tips on places to try some local food.

The food was not really impressive, some dishes were not very hot and others were not very well-prepared. the room furniture is a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, right across from the beach. I loved how everything was easily accessible. The room was just like the pictures, and the balcony was a nice touch. The food was diverse and tasty, and the service was excellent. I especially appreciated the quick and attentive room service.
