The hotel is in a great location, right next to a huge mall with a couple of good restaurants. It's also conveniently close to the metro station, making it easy to get to the city center. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provide good service and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, there are facilities such as a shuttle service and the rooms offer great views of the city.

The lobby can get quite crowded at times with people and their luggage.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the middle of a shopping center with so many restaurants and shops to choose from. I had an issue with my room not being what I had booked, but the reception staff went above and beyond to fix it and made sure I was comfortable throughout the rest of my stay. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The room at Crown Plaza was spacious, quiet, and clean. the bathroom had both a bathtub and shower, which was perfect. the breakfast was great with a superb chef. the service and food were excellent. the hotel's location near Viaport Outlet made it convenient for accessing shops and restaurants. the area around the hotel was empty, which was important for us. it was a very elegant hotel with a convenient location.

This hotel fulfilled my every luxurious need with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional with a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the restaurant provided an in-room breakfast that was delicious and the bar/lounge area was great for a drink.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Asia for a few nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay a delight. The location of the hotel, right next to the shopping centre, was ideal for last minute shopping and meals before my flight. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to Sabiha Gokcen airport, which was convenient. The room was spacious and elegant, and the breakfast offered a lot of variety. The facilities and internet connection were excellent. my experience was totally nice and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Over the Christmas holidays, we stayed at a lovely hotel that had everything we needed. the staff was so kind and helpful, and offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival and a delicious breakfast in the morning. the location was perfect - we were able to walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. and even to the beach! We also enjoyed using the hotel's gym facilities and trying out the local spa.

The only negative thing that we noticed was that some of the furniture was a bit outdated and worn. the WIFI could be a bit stronger.
