Staying at this hotel from 26-28/10 was awesome! the staff, especially Mr Bahadir Oguztuzon and Mr Orhan Turksoy, were very friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location is one of the best in Istanbul, very close to Taksim Square and overlooking the Bosporus. In particular, Aisha from the lobby was extremely helpful and made our stay memorable. the in-room breakfast was the best we experienced in Istanbul.

In fairness, one improvement could be to add tissue boxes in the bedroom. the hotel could consider informing guests about any additional charges, like the swimming pool cap fee, beforehand to ensure transparency and guest satisfaction.

We could hit up the vibrant Istiklal Street the moment we stepped out. The shopping and non-stop energy there were insane, and we never ran out of things to do. Plus, the view of the Bosphorus from our room was fire!

Yo, if they could turn up the rooftop party scene, it'd be epic. Like, think live DJ sets and a chill vibe for us young ones to turn up at night.

The hotel's interior decor and general areas were absolutely stunning. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the elegant and comfortable design, which made me feel at home. The accessibility for senior people was great, with spacious and well-lit hallways and elevators that made it easy to move around the hotel.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff were more attentive to small details, such as promptly fulfilling guest requests.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Ehsan and Aysenur. Their spa facilities were better than the photos. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The facility is also the first to introduce VIP spa in Istanbul, with Gold and Aurum treatment rooms, which provided a truly luxurious and relaxing experience. I indulged in the Four Hands Massage, a technique that involves two therapists working in harmony, and it was a truly exceptional and rejuvenating experience. The most important specialty of this massage with aromatherapy oils is that it strengthens your body's potential to heal itself. The commodious swimming pool and traditional Turkish baths added to the overall relaxation, making it a marvelous stay.
