The effort of the staff at Dedeman was amazing. They were incredibly helpful and attentive to all of our needs. We asked to change our room and they were able to accommodate us almost instantly. The food at the hotel was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. The ski school and rental service at the hotel made it convenient for us to enjoy our time on the slopes without any hassle. I had a great experience at Dedeman and would recommend it to others.
