Great Service, Wonderful Experience!

During my stay at Dedeman, I was amazed by the attentive service provided by the staff. They were always polite, smiling, and ready to assist with any requests. One thing that stood out was the personalized pillow selection. It was a delightful touch to be able to choose my preferred pillow from a list. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, with farm-made natural butter, cheese, freshly collected vegetables. The overall experience was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

This luxurious hotel was the perfect option for our stay in the city. The venue fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs with a Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The full body massage we received was outstanding, and the spa lounge was a relaxing, peaceful space where we could disconnect from the world. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, and the garden area was well-maintained, adding a touch of nature to the atmosphere. The restaurant had a diverse menu with delicious specialties, and the in-room breakfast service was perfect for a lazy morning in bed.

The only minor issue we found with this hotel was the location, as it was a bit far from the city center and all main attractions. However, we solved this problem by taking a taxi or renting a car, so it didn't affect our stay in any way.

Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were cozy, and we got to choose our own pillows from a list. The breakfast was delicious with farm-fresh ingredients and freshly squeezed juices. The hotel's key location made it easy to explore the town.

Activating the hotel's WiFi was quite a hassle, and it required us to provide our date of birth. It took almost 20 minutes to activate!

Luxurious hotel with reasonable price. Close to river and children's play parks. Fantastic rooms, top-grade facilities. Best breakfast in Turkey. Incredibly nice staff, especially Gökhan. Clean and nice overall. Great swimming-pool and jacuzzi. Kind and helpful staff. Varied breakfast buffet.
