The location is perfect, situated on top of a hill with a steep slope, offering a nice and quiet atmosphere with stunning views. I was able to capture breathtaking photos from the terrace, with hot air balloons in the background. The staff were top-notch, providing exceptional service and hospitality. They were friendly, attentive, and always checked in to see if I needed anything. One highlight of my stay was the complementary sunset walk through the Rose Valley, guided by the hotel staff. It was an unexpected and enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at Divan Cave House in Cappadocia for a week-long vacation. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff, especially Ali and the others, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The customer service was truly exceptional, making it the best hotel experience I have had. The hotel itself is located among stunning fairy chimneys with breathtaking views of the town and Uchaisar castle. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, while the stone bathroom and shower added a touch of luxury. The staff, including Kenan and Solange, were always available to help with any questions or requests.

We stayed in a hotel that was close enough to the downtown area. Next door was a lovely family run restaurant which had casserole dishes on an open fire with a great view over the town. The hotel was on top of the hill with a breathtaking view of the area. The breakfast was good with a nice variety to choose from.

We had an incredible stay at a charming cave hotel. the reception staff was very welcoming and provided us with great travel advice in the area. They went above and beyond by upgrading us to a spacious suite with a jacuzzi. the room itself was clean, tidy, and beautifully designed. the breakfast in the morning was delicious, offering a variety of food options. the staff was attentive and constantly checked if we needed anything, including tea. the hotel's rooftop was picturesque, with different corners perfect for taking photos. Even after we had checked out, they still offered us complimentary drinks and allowed us to relax on the rooftop while we waited for our next hotel. the hotel also helped us arrange fun activities like the Green Tour and ATV rides.

Had a decent stay but was expecting a lot more considering the rates. Was impressed with the complementary tea/coffee in the room & most importantly the hotel's location, close to all the main Cappadocia attractions. We truly felt the excitement with the hot air balloons flying super close from the terrace we were chilling on.

Though the staff were friendly, the hotel lacked certain amenities which were a big disappointment. Since there was no dining in hotel option, we had to step out to try different restaurants.
