The location was perfect for exploring the city, surrounded by charming cafes and shops, and close to the lake. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay extra special. They even helped me celebrate my birthday! The daily room service was a nice touch, coming back to a clean and comfortable room each day. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop bar and restaurant were a great place to unwind.

Tight space in family room.

We stayed here for a weekend and had an amazing time. The location was perfect - right near the lake and in the Old Quarter. We enjoyed walking around and exploring, especially over the weekend when the locals entertained us. The street was quiet and peaceful too. The staff were really exceptional - they went above-and-beyond to provide the best service, which was unexpected. They even gave us a welcome drink and were always available to assist us with tours or ticket purchases. The room was fantastic, with great amenities and a lovely sitting area.

There were no negative things about this place, we would definitely recommend it to everyone! From the amazing customer service to the leisure facilities, it had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. the breakfast was delicious and they even offered to make me a coffee to take away since I was running late. the location was perfect, close to the night market but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. the general manager, Mr Chu Van Binh, was actively involved in ensuring the guests were taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi.

Great hotel in an awesome location! Our balcony room had a nice view and the restaurant served tasty food with a good wine selection. the breakfast had lots of choices and we loved the rooftop bar with views of the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable with their attentive service.

Our room was too small and had only one small window. We would have preferred a larger room with more natural light.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It was close enough to the Beer Gardens, restaurants, and street shopping, but far enough away not to be noisy. The view from my room was also interesting, with a great street view from an elevated position. Moreover, the staff at this hotel were outstanding - they were friendly, helpful, and always professional. They made my stay even better with their attentiveness and thoughtful service.

The rooftop bar was a great spot to enjoy the sunset over the city with a cocktail. The spa service was excellent, providing the best massage I had on my holiday. The hotel went above and beyond by offering a room for me to shower and change in before my flight back to the UK. The free airport transfers were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Hanoi and had an amazing experience. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel's location is ideal, just a block from the lake and within a couple of minutes walk from the Night Market, beer corner, and all the sights to see in the old quarter. It was so convenient to explore the city from here.
