The hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the region and city. The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh vegetables, cheeses, and crispy bread. The selection of pastries was also a delicious treat. I would definitely choose to stay here again without even considering other options.

The views from the hotel terrace were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise when hot-air-balloons filled the sky. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, and the swimming pool was a great way to cool off in the hot weather. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, organizing activities and even surprising me with a birthday present. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, including both local and international dishes. the hotel provided a perfect combination of modern comfort and the authentic charm of Cappadocia.

The hotel had a perfect location, close to shops and restaurants. The upper terrace offered an amazing view, especially at sunrise with the hot air balloons filling the sky. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, always meeting our needs. The buffet breakfast was spot on, with a diverse selection of food every day.

One staff member was not helpful when we wanted to book a hot air balloon, but thankfully another staff member let us use their phone to call another company. The Wi-Fi signal in the room and on the terrace was not always strong, and there were limited English TV channels.
