We appreciated the hotel's environmentally friendly practices, such as recycling bins and self-recycling. The spa facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath, provided much-needed relaxation after a day of activities. We also enjoyed the fresh air and peaceful surroundings of the hotel's location. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service offered by the activities agencies was a convenient bonus.

The spa facilities, food, and pool were excellent. The location was also preferable compared to the dusty and hot area in Goreme. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at the pool reception.

I had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities that met all of my needs. The service was exceptional, and the spa provided a wide range of rejuvenating treatments, including a full body massage and a Turkish bath. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were magnificent, providing a sun terrace and a garden area where I could relax in total comfort.

The only minor issue I had was that the back massage was not as effective as I had hoped, which was slightly disappointing. Nevertheless, the experience as a whole was worth every penny.
