The hotel is very centrally located, just a short distance from the main tourist sites and public transport. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with large windows allowing for fresh air and a good radiator for warmth. The panoramic view from the fifth-floor breakfast room provides a stunning outlook over the city.

Some of the hotel staff lacked warmth and were not very welcoming.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, with easy access to public transport. Room and terrace provide nice views. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. a convenient and enjoyable stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, within walking distance to many attractions and markets. The breakfast provided was good and we enjoyed the panoramic view from the fifth-floor breakfast room. The staff at the hotel, particularly Kinan, was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even guiding us to the bus that would take us to Teleferik. The free parking was also a plus for us. the hotel offered great value for money.

We felt completely at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are well-maintained and come with air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast with a nice view is a delightful way to start the day.

Minor improvements could be made in terms of bed comfort.

The view from the hotel's rooftop was quite nice. the room was relatively cheap considering the location was in the heart of the city.

Our stay was very disappointing. the room was not up to standard with broken furniture, a dirty air conditioning unit, and a smelly shower.
