The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of a bustling street with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. There are many great activities to do around the area, such as visiting the ancient monastery and castle, which are easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The pool area can feel a bit closed in and outdated, which may not appeal to everyone.

Disappointing hotel, rooms are cramped and outdated. the swimming pool is small and uninviting.

the exclusive amenities included a fantastic Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, massage and Turkish bath. the special diet menus and halal food were also very appreciated.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, we did not receive the best attention in some cases such as taking long time to fix the phone in one of our rooms and missing some standard stuff like comb and toothpaste.

The hotel is located on a central street, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. The friendly manager helped us resolve any issues with our rooms. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a great location near a hypermarket.

One drawback is that the counter staff was not friendly to some of us, speaking impolitely and giving wrong information about room availability. The computer system and procedures could be improved to speed up check-in and check-out processes.
