I recently stayed at a brand-new hotel in a central location in Istanbul called Eliza. The staff at Eliza, especially Cem at the reception, were extremely polite and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is excellent, right by a tram station that allows for easy access to various tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and the hotel overall feels very safe. The breakfast at Eliza is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The kitchen staff are also very kind and attentive. I would definitely return to Eliza for another stay.
