the resort exceeded my expectations. the location and view of the sea were amazing. the staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Tui Magic Life really impressed us.

I had a great value for my money at Tui Magic Life! The room was comfy and the hotel's location was perfect, just a quick shuttle ride away from the city center. The staff treated me like family, so helpful and friendly!

The breakfast selection could be better, it lacked variety.

This resort offers a fantastic location in a beautiful setting, with stunning views of the ocean and a waterpark just down the hill. The rooms are decorated with lovely furnishings, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to suit all tastes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being close to the town center, just a short taxi ride away, and can relax on the beach with easy access.

Despite the overall positive experience, there could be some improvements in terms of variety and cleanliness in the food buffet.

This hotel fulfilled every luxurious need I had. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and sun terrace, were of exceptional quality. the entertainment and seasonal outdoor pool were perfect for a lively vacation. the seasonally changing restaurant and bar/lounge area were a treat, having a delicious buffet breakfast. the private facilities like beachfront and garden area were always clean and with beach umbrellas available.

The only minor issue was the limited all, inclusive alcohol menu compared to non, inclusive, which was unexpected. Despite this, the service was top, notch, and all staff were always helpful and friendly.

The food was delicious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Soft drinks and coffee were provided. The activities were fun. The staff seemed content.

The beach and infinity pool were amazing with a wonderful view. the staff were great and very accommodating. the buffet breakfast was huge and there were options for everyone. the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation and it was very close to many activities like watersports.

The hotel needs a bit more maintenance. There were a few minor issues with the room like a lack of iron, and cleanliness could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at Tui Magic Life! the service was excellent, staff members like Arkon at the beach bar were so attentive and friendly. the daily programs were fantastic, run by a professional team. the entire resort was well-organized and clean, and the employees were always kind and ready to help with any request. the management team was friendly and professional, making us feel like part of a big family.
