We had an amazing time at a hotel located right in the center of all the major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a shower that had good pressure and hot water. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even helping us plan our itinerary. There was also a free bar available 24 hours for water, coffee, and tea. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Blue Mosque, and we could easily visit it for just 18TL.

There were some noise issues due to thin walls and the presence of dogs in the area.

Despite a few minor noise disturbances and a small breakfast inconvenience, I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and perfect location. I had a fantastic experience at Ferman Konak and would gladly stay here again.

the location was perfect for exploring the tourist areas of the city. It was within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, making it really convenient. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and even assisted with arranging airport transportation. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. They were beautifully decorated and very clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I couldn't find a single aspect that needed improvement, everything was flawless.

During my Xmas trip, there were a couple of nice perks at this hotel. They offered complimentary beverages like tea, coffee, and water which was a great plus! The location was also spot on for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Everything was within walking distance which made it easy to navigate around. the room had enough space for my family of four.

There were a few drawbacks though. The noise level from the street and roadworks made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Despite our early arrival, he ensured we were settled and provided us with a map and all the necessary information to navigate the city. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to easily explore Istanbul.
