Our stay at Hyatt Centric was a delight. The location was perfect for accessing the train station and casino, and the room had a lovely view. The staff warned us about potential train noise, but it wasn't a bother at all. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom products were of great quality. Despite a few hiccups, such as the TV not working and wait times for service, we were offered a discount for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our Thanksgiving stay was mostly enjoyable. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options that were delicious. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and we appreciated the upgraded room we received upon arrival. the gym was well-appointed with modern equipment, and the pool was a great perk.

The bathroom in our room was small and unattractive. The lighting was confusing and took some time to figure out, and the air conditioning had a tendency to turn itself off.

The venue delivers luxury amenities with impeccable service. The indoor swimming pool area is a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers that provide the perfect relaxation spot. Thank you for fulfilling my request for a room with exclusive advantages, including top-quality snacks in the well-organized mini-bar. The chic on-site restaurant offers promotions and an excellent range of special-diet menus, highly recommended by the attentive team. The bar/lounge area offers a refined atmosphere with signature cocktails and exceptional service.

There was only one minor issue during my stay at this hotel, and it concerns the packed lunch. The menu lacked appealing options, and the portions were too small for the price tag.

The hotel is conveniently located near Southern Cross main railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The tram lines are also close, providing easy access to all the popular attractions. The room is beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The indoor pool is incredible, with little day beds for relaxation.

The housekeeping service was not up to par and the shower tended to flood the entire bathroom.
