We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and a stunning view from the top of the tower. the hotel staff was polite, offering great breakfast and helpful service.

Unbelievably stunning property – like stepping into a luxury magazine, with jaw-dropping design. the F&B staff provided top-notch service, serving delightful drinks and maintaining impeccable attention to detail. the room was exceptionally comfortable with ample amenities, including a makeup mirror in the bathroom, and the location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the area. the overall experience was beyond amazing; the staff's friendliness and efficiency truly made this stay EXCEPTIONAL, promising a definite return.

While the Hyatt Centric Melbourne had a few hiccups with room readiness and room service, the outstanding F&B staff and central location made up for it. the décor was funky, room clean, and staff helpful. I'd return for the lovely vibe and great service.

Our stay at Hyatt Centric was a delight. The location was perfect for accessing the train station and casino, and the room had a lovely view. The staff warned us about potential train noise, but it wasn't a bother at all. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom products were of great quality. Despite a few hiccups, such as the TV not working and wait times for service, we were offered a discount for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our Thanksgiving stay was mostly enjoyable. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options that were delicious. the gym was well-appointed with modern equipment, and the pool was a great perk.

The bathroom in our room was small and unattractive. the lighting was confusing and took some time to figure out, and the air conditioning had a tendency to turn itself off.

the menu lacked appealing options, and the portions were too small for the price tag.

The hotel is conveniently located near Southern Cross main railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The tram lines are also close, providing easy access to all the popular attractions. The room is beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The indoor pool is incredible, with little day beds for relaxation.

The housekeeping service was not up to par and the shower tended to flood the entire bathroom.
