From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. the staff at Flamingo Residence went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. the apartments were spacious, clean, and modern, with great air conditioning and even a lift to the floors. the pool was fantastic, and we had the opportunity to meet some lovely families from all over the world. Although the residence is not located directly in the center of the beach area, it was only a short taxi ride or a 20-minute walk to Konyaalti Beach. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to purchase anything we needed. A special thank you to the manager and the friendly reception staff who made our stay even more memorable. We can't wait to visit again soon.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to Konyaalti beach and right next to plenty of supermarkets in a rather quiet area. This makes it a perfect place to bring kids, as my children loved it. The rooms are spacious and in good condition with clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful and can assist with arranging taxis and giving advice on local attractions. Additionally, there is a nice restaurant/cafe within the hotel for breakfast, and the swimming pool is relaxing.

The WiFi connection in the rooms was unreliable and there were some issues with the bathroom door not having a lock inside.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our Easter holiday. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and access to the fitness center. the location was ideal, close to the beach and local restaurants.

Our room was not well-maintained. the air conditioning was not working properly, causing us to have trouble sleeping at night.
