The room had a huge, soft bed with a window that could be opened. The air conditioner worked well, although it was a bit noisy. The breakfast was nice, offering Nescafé coffee upon request. The gym had limited equipment, but the location near Forum Mall was convenient. The staff at the nightclub, particularly Mr. Okan, provided excellent service.

The location of the hotel is great, just a 7-minute walk to the embankment and near Forum mall. The hotel offers a good breakfast and has helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and the Lux class room is very big.

There are some issues with the room facilities, such as non-functioning bedside lamps and a lack of racks to hang big towels.
