We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, as it is directly across from the airport terminals. It is also very accessible to the metro, which takes you straight into the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The hotel also offers a range of services including room service, car hire, and laundry, which added to our convenience. this place is very satisfactory and offers good value for money.

The only downside was that the receptionist Max Kretze was not the friendliest. However, the rest of the staff, especially the waiting staff, were especially kind and attentive.

I had a flight at 6am, so the proximity of the hotel to the airport was incredibly convenient - just a 5 second walk away. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a desk for working on my laptop. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable accommodations.

Water pressure in the shower was lacking and the room didn't cool off despite having the fan on full blast.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the airport terminal building, making it very easy to reach for travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent pillows and chocolates left inside. The breakfast buffet is also worth a mention, with delicious and healthy options on offer.

The staff at the hotel are not very helpful when it comes to lost items. After leaving a jumper in the room, they wouldn't give it to me in person and said the housekeeper wasn't on duty.

I arrived before check-in time and was pleasantly surprised that I could check in early. the hotel had all the amenities I needed, including washcloths, which is rare for European hotels. They even left chocolates in the room, a lovely touch. the two pillows provided were incredibly comfortable, much better than the usual feather pillows found in other hotels. the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the terminal, was unbeatable. the hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. There was even a metro station right outside the door, making it convenient for exploring Nuremberg. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and I was impressed by how convenient it was! It's right next to the airport, which made my travel experience much less stressful. The staff was friendly and offered a welcome drink upon arrival. My room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a spa centre with a sauna and massage options, which I unfortunately did not have time to use. I had a great experience at this place.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
