During our recent stay at Four Points By Sheraton Kagithane, we were impressed with the modern facilities and the calm atmosphere. The hotel's new furniture and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the best parts of Istanbul and the ring road. The food at the hotel was also great, adding to our overall positive experience. Despite a few drawbacks such as construction noise and a temporary inconvenience with the smell in the room, the staff did their best to address these issues and make our stay pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

The construction next door made it impossible to open the windows for fresh air, leading to an uncomfortable, stuffy atmosphere. The room was uncomfortably warm and we were unable to change the temperature due to the air conditioning being set to auto.
