The towels were utterly revolting, both mine and my in-laws had nasty stains, so I almost gagged, how very lovely of them to provide such a luxurious experience. Check-in was a delightful circus, as we waited far too long! Surely a welcome gift or room upgrade wouldve been expected for such incompetence? I just couldn’t give a good review.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for a smooth stay. Conveniently located near attractions made our trip enjoyable.

I had a good experience overall. The location was central and allowed easy access to various attractions. I enjoyed the unique cocktail in the bar on the 33rd floor—great way to end the day after exploring. However, I had some trouble with the elevators. waiting took longer than expected.

It was concerning when my room number was shared out loud at check-in, and I found a dirty sock on the floor.

Housekeeping needs a serious upgrade!!! I encountered stained towels in two different rooms, and the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving me sweating through the night. Also, the elevators are perpetually slow, driving me to frustration!!!

Check if the in-room amenities include complimentary items like bathrobes or local snacks, as these can enhance your stay significantly!

The rooms were just immaculate, like no dusty corners or anything. Super comfy beds too, I mean I’d have loved to just chill there all day! Enjoyed watching free movies as I was winding down after a long day exploring the city. Staff were also very friendly, felt like proper hospitality!

Just watch out for those drinks in the market, they charged me like $5 for a can of Coke, which felt a bit steep, you know?
