The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Osman who went above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. the restaurant inside the hotel was also a highlight, serving delicious meals and providing a lovely ambiance.

The lack of an elevator. We had to climb several flights of stairs to our room, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Service here was fantastic, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and even a doctor on call. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the manager who arranged an early breakfast for us and the waitress named Enoy who served us lunch. The hotel amenities were also great, such as the outdoor dining area, lobby bar, and leisure garden area. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV, lift, and express check-in/-out service.

They were always helpful, even replacing our lost keycard immediately. The facilities were great, with tidy and spacious rooms, a restaurant serving delicious food, and impeccable service. The hotel manager, Elvin, made sure every day was the best it could be, and we'll definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

The only minor downside was the slightly inflated prices at the restaurant, but as a guest, we did receive a 15% discount. Additionally, the parking lot staff could be a bit more professional and polite when assisting guests.
