Lovely family-run hotel, friendly staff, excellent hospitality, felt at home immediately, great location near beach, nice pool area with slides, helpful and charming reception, great value for money!

Friendly staff, beach bus service, nice beach and food there. Good pool. Lovely waiter boys, except for one. Barbecue nights okay. Would recommend the hotel for staff, but not the food. Affordable and family-run. Free shuttle to beach. Opened everything in October, bar serving until last guest. Would return. Fantastic staff, especially girls in reception. Water slides were fun. Changing menu. Close to lively area with good food and live music. Clean place. Hotel took care of us like a 5-star. Personalized service. Would come back.

At this hotel, everything is taken care of, from the daily room cleaning to the fresh towels and bedding. The staff here are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including a fridge, TV, air-con, and a safe. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. Additionally, the location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the nearby ruins and a private beach.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

Got to admit the room rates were quite decent and affordable. the hotel pool area was huge and pretty relaxing. the hotel seemed to be located quite close to the beach and the city center. We also found the room service to be quite prompt and friendly.

The hotel staff seriously needs to work on their customer service skills. They were very unprofessional and disorganized.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and the location was great, with nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated us like family.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more cereal options and fruits!
