The location was ideal, allowing us to explore various parts of the city easily. Special shoutout to Ufuk, who made our stay memorable with his excellent service and local recommendations.

Our room was smaller than expected, with a cramped layout and a window positioned awkwardly behind a closet. the lack of proper ventilation made it uncomfortable, and the shower had no barrier, causing water to flood the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at Genoa Port! the location couldn't have been better - it's near all the entertainment in Karaköy and just a short walk from Galataport. Getting around the city was a breeze thanks to the hotel's proximity to public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I even received a free room upgrade, which was a great bonus. I had a peaceful night's sleep, and the abundance of hangers in the closet was a nice touch. While the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, there are plenty of cozy places nearby to grab a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend Genoa Port to others and would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay at Genoa Port Hotel! The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and prime areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have been better was the variety of breakfast items.
