The hotel is located in a quiet area and was very clean. The staff was helpful and polite. Freshly squeezed juice for breakfast was delicious, and the SPA facilities were fantastic.

From the moment I arrived, I felt the luxury vibe of this hotel. The room was stunning, with exclusive amenities and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Full body massage, and a Steam room. The staff was professional and went above and beyond to fulfill all of my needs. The location was perfect, only a short walk to some great shops and restaurants.

The only issue I experienced here was with the Snack bar. The Special diet menus were limited, and the food wasn't as tasty as I expected.

Great breakfast, good location but not stroller-friendly. Excellent, welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, overall great experience. Unique amenities like espresso machine and jacuzzi. Helpful in arranging reservations. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and metro. Private spa for enjoyable relaxation. Highly recommended.

During our stay at Gleam Collection, we were impressed by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff was exceedingly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious, and the dining room staff provided excellent service. Our room was impeccably cleaned every day, and we appreciated the comfortable accommodations. The hotel's location was also ideal, being just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gleam Collection and would highly recommend it to others.
