However, the location of the hotel was excellent, as we were able to easily walk to the main tourist attractions and there was a tramway station nearby. the staff were helpful and attentive, providing us with guidance and advice throughout our stay.

The air conditioning was faulty during our entire stay, constantly turning off after just a few minutes.

Home away from home :) The staff, under the leadership of Emim, is Ab Fab! B'fast was yummy and room very clean. They go the extra mile to please guests. We were a group of 12 inc children and had a wonderful time. Emim, Hugo, and the reception team were full of good advice. Lunch & dinner were fresh, simple, and yummy! Definitely children and family friendly. Sauna, Turkish bath, and massage were awesome. Thanks to Elena for the excellent massage. Cleanliness, decor, and overall ambience were all positive.

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast had a variety of food options and was satisfying. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the sea.

There were a few issues with the facilities. The lift sometimes didn't work, which could be a problem for elderly or those with young children.

The location close to historic sites of Istanbul, the conveniently near the major sites within the old city and near to Sultanahmet square, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendly and helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. We loved being able to explore the city on foot and easily visit places like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and the Topkapı Palace. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, so it was very convenient for finding delicious meals and drinks.

One downside of our stay was that the air conditioning in our room was faulty for the entire duration. It kept switching off after just a couple of minutes, which was quite frustrating.

The roof terrace could use some renovations, with more comfortable chairs and better lighting for both day and night enjoyment. Additionally, the lack of international outlets in the rooms could be improved for convenience.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering us a free upgrade, welcome drink, and variety of fruit and nuts upon arrival. the spa centre, complete with sauna, body scrub and massage services, was a highlight of our stay. the garden area and sun terrace also provided a peaceful escape. the location was ideal, within walking distance to nearby historic sites and plenty of dining options.

The limited choices for in-room dining, but the restaurant on site more than made up for it with its delicious breakfast and dinner menus. this hotel provided everything we needed for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.
