As a solo female traveler, my experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was ideal. It was conveniently close to the airport and a shopping center, making it easy to navigate the area. Additionally, there were ample shops and restaurants nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The room itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day of exploring. However, there were a few negatives to note. The bathroom definitely needed some maintenance, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Gul at the reception. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to par as there was limited variety and taste. Nevertheless, overall, it was a decent stay for a solo female traveler.

The staff were incredibly helpful, supportive, and friendly. The manager, Taner, went above and beyond to fulfill the needs of the customers. The receptionists, Gul and Mesmet, were always kind and smiling. The hotel was clean and conveniently located close to markets and restaurants. The rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed. it was a highly recommended stay with great value.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. the staff was very kind and hospitable and even offered complimentary Christmas cookies and drinks in the lobby throughout the day. the location was perfect for us as it was close to a variety of shops and restaurants, and we could easily access the nearby mall. We also enjoyed the shattaf in the toilet as it was a nice touch for our cultural preferences.

The elevator was quite cramped and small, which made it difficult for us to fit our family of four with our luggage. the furniture in the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

Good location near shops, restaurants, and Forum Mall. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Gul. Nice and adequate breakfast. Toilet has a rinser.

We were impressed by the hotel's convenient location, with shops, restaurants, and a mall just a short walk away. The reception staff, especially Gul, were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and the added touch of having a rinser in the toilet was a pleasant surprise. Despite some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, we overall had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Gloria Suite Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location.
