The hotel has a nice location just a minute from Taksim Square. Despite some communication issues with the front desk staff and additional charges for credit card payments, the relatively spacious room, free late check-out, and affordable internet package made it a good deal for a short trip. there were unpleasant odors in the stairwell, limited room restocking, and small rooms with smoke smell. The staff was friendly and helpful, but cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, making it not suitable for families.
