We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, with impeccable rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic restaurant on the 6th floor with panoramic views. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Mr. Seckin Kaya, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He treated us to a mesmerizing seagull showtime, and his Turkish coffee was a delight. We couldn't have asked for a better location, as this hotel was within walking distance of Istanbul's top highlights. Mr. Seckin Kaya also provided great advice on nearby attractions and always greeted us with a smile at the reception.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff at the reception and restaurant were extremely helpful and customer-oriented. The hotel offers excellent free soups in the evenings and a happy hour with free soft drinks, coffee, and cakes. Highly recommended.

The panoramic view from the top floor restaurant was breathtaking, with a spectacular skyline and water views. Despite some minor issues with the rooms, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

The location of this hotel is great! You can easily walk to all the major attractions or hop on the tram line nearby to go to the rest of the tourist sites. The rooftop breakfast had a fantastic view and the staff who served us made our morning not only delicious but enjoyable with their bright smiles and professional service. The service here is very oriented to helping in any situation and tries to make your stay comfortable.

This venue does not allow pets on site. But overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff were friendly and helpful, offering free drinks and cakes in the afternoon. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to key sites of interest. the complimentary breakfast was great and the room was clean and tidy.

The room was quite small and there was no table to work on. the bathroom was not up to our standards and the noise from outside was disturbing at times.
