panoramic rooftop views, proximity to local dining options, convenient parking availability

Room size was notably cramped, and the decoration appeared cheap and worn-out!!! Inconsistent cleaning standards meant some towels were stained or torn. Maintenance issues left the electric supply unreliable. An update wouldn't hurt!!!

the breakfast is a joke, really small options with no buffet, I couldve just gone to a diner! plus, the driver from airport was late, and I had to suffer in the cold, you’d think they would take care of their guests! oh, and I expected a nice gesture for my troubles, but nope. didn’t even leave the light on for me.

During my stay, the elevator was incredibly slow, which was frustrating, especially during peak hours. The bathroom in my room had a persistent odor that made my experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the communication with the staff was challenging due to their limited English proficiency, which really hindered the overall service.

this hotel is super cozy and in a prime location for exploring istanbul. the staff is really friendly, and i had a great time chatting with seckin at breakfast, he made it fun! the rooftop restaurant has amazin views of the bosphorus, def a highlight. breakfast had a nice variety and overall, it felt welcoming. i loved how close it was to public transport and popular sites.

the bathroom was kinda small and cramped. also, the elevator was really slow during busy hours which was annoying.

Great staff especially Seckin who always greeted us with a smile at breakfast made mornings so much better. The rooftop had beautiful views and it was clean too. Super convenient for exploration in Istanbul. Breakfast was solid with a variety.

No complaints from me.
