The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to key attractions and transportation options.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been improved. the level of English spoken by some staff members was limited, which made it difficult to communicate our needs at times.

The free shuttle to Taksim square was convenient for exploring the city. a pleasant experience worth recommending.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sisli Metro station, just a 7-8 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is situated just across the street from one of the major malls, ensuring that shopping and dining options are readily available.

The hotel is a bit far away from the bustling shopping area, which may require guests to travel a bit further to access popular retail destinations.

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near a shopping mall and metro station made it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions.

The facilities at Grand Cevahir Hotel Convention Center were exceptional. The location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the big pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The hotel also had a convenient location close to the metro. we had a pleasant stay.

It is worth mentioning that the breakfast could have had more variety and there was a small issue with the mini bar billing. Nonetheless, despite these minor drawbacks, we still highly recommend this hotel.
