Great value for money, very spacious room, convenient location near the South Ring road and Douglas village. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially the Thai lady who went above and beyond for my son with food allergies.

The confirmation email provides all the necessary information about the hotel. However, the plastic page where it is displayed doesn't give off a four-star impression. The rooms are well equipped with amenities such as a kettle, tea, big TV, ironing board, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel had a great leisure center with plenty of space and not too crowded, perfect for our romantic escape. the friendly reception staff were very helpful and made us feel welcomed. the rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the dinner in the bar was delicious and the food was great!

The restaurant manager seemed to be lacking in management skills and caused some confusion with our table. There was no complimentary drink as promised and we ended up having to sit elsewhere.

We had a great stay at this luxury hotel. The beds in our triple room were so comfy, and the spacious bathroom was a nice touch. Everything was spotlessly clean and the decor was soothing and relaxing. We especially appreciated the complementary bottled water in the room, as we prefer not to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The beautiful grounds offered plenty of outdoor seating for a peaceful chat and some fresh air.
