Friendly staff made us feel right at home. The pool was a great place to relax. The variety of food at the restaurant was impressive, and the staff there were extremely helpful and courteous.

The higher-up sea view rooms were quiet. Room and bathroom sizes were great. Friendly staff and expected facilities.

The staff are polite, professional and attentive to your needs, with well-trained restaurant and reception personnel, always willing to help with a smile. Located conveniently, with amenities like shopping and excellent Turkish food nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and bath and great attention to hygiene. Excellent choices of hot and cold foods on offer, with unlimited alcoholic drinks, freshly baked cakes and bottomless Turkish wine. The spa and bar area are perfect to relax and enjoy your stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent care to every guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast and late-night room service food were both delicious.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt and I must say, the service was outstanding. As a demanding guest, I was impressed with how the staff not only met but exceeded my expectations. Every single staff member, without exception, was polite, helpful. From the moment I booked the hotel, the concierge service was available on WhatsApp and provided responsive and helpful assistance. They helped me arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my daughter, and everything went perfectly. The breakfast selection was perfect, with fresh fruits, juices, a variety of cheese. The dining experience for the half-board option was also very good, with a wide range of options available during Ramadan. The chef was always present and offered great recommendations, even preparing a special dish just for me. The restaurant staff, including the lady who helped guests find a table, were all pleasant and dedicated. Special thanks to Mr. Kerim Kahraman, who went above and beyond to assist us. The live music in the evenings also added a nice touch to the atmosphere. the welcoming and special treatment from the staff made our stay unforgettable.

The pool area is lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The rooms were really comfortable and clean, providing a peaceful retreat. However, the location was a bit far from the key sights, requiring taxis or a long walk, which was a downside.

Likes/Worst aspects:

The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were really helpful and even allowed a very late check-out since we had a night flight. The room was cozy and the bathroom was spacious. The location of the hotel was also great, with a train and funicular station within a ten-minute walk.

The shower area in the bathroom was very small and placed at an awkward angle, which might be challenging for bigger people. Additionally, the hotel had two faucets, one for hot water and another for cold water, which was a bit confusing and took a while for the water to warm up.

The hotel had a great location! It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The gym was well equipped and allowed me to stay active during my holiday.

The hotel could use some renovations. It was starting to show its age and could benefit from some updates.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, within a stone’s throw of a bustling city square and some superb shopping areas. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby that offer both local and international cuisine to suit a range of tastes. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and there are many facilities available at the hotel, including spacious rooms with great amenities.

The check-in process can be quite slow, which can be frustrating for guests who just want to get settled into their room.
