The staff were kind and provided free coffee and Turkish tea to guests. My room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was convenient for using public transport, with easy access to various attractions in the bustling neighborhood.

The room we received had a strange odor of dampness and cigarette smoke, which was not ideal for our family, especially for a member with health concerns. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with mold and signs of water damage present.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything you need. the staff here are so friendly and helpful, they really go above and beyond to make your stay special. the rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for families or groups of friends. the breakfast offered is delicious and a great way to start your day. their shuttle service makes getting around a breeze.

While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some rooms might benefit from a fresher scent and better ventilation.

from the spacious studio room to the helpful staff and excellent location near taksim square, everything was just perfect. the room had all we needed, including a lovely balcony. the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. highly recommend this hotel for a memorable trip.
