We were pleased to find spacious, clean and well-kept rooms with great amenities. We also appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location. we recommend Arts Hotel Taksim.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, especially considering the spacious and clean room we got. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Taksim square and Istiklal street. The staff, especially Mr. Baris, made us feel incredibly welcome and valued during our stay. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. The service here is excellent with friendly staff who are always ready to help. The room was spacious and had great amenities such as an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. Another thing we liked about this venue was the spa and wellness center, which had an indoor pool, sauna, and massage services. In addition, the restaurant and bar area provided delicious breakfast and snacks.

We had a great stay in a bustling location close to many restaurants and shops. The room was cozy with comfortable bedding and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions. The hotel also had a nice lobby area.

The pool was not heated as advertised and the Wi-Fi was not reliable.

The complementary water and coffee were appreciated, and the free shampoo and shower gel given on arrival was a nice touch. the hotel's location was very convenient to explore the area. Another advantage was the easy access to public transportation.

The breakfast left something to be desired, as the fruits were not fresh and the selection could have been larger. the staff in general were not overly friendly, and the room service was forgetful.

The staff at this hotel, especially Mr. Ozcan, is incredibly helpful and friendly. They remember each guest's name and go above and beyond to assist with any concerns. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and the newly replaced mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The hotel's spa services, including the massage and Turkish bath, are superb and I highly recommend asking for Veera. The location is also great, with Taksim Square, bus stops, and the metro station all within a short walk.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided exceptional service throughout our visit. We were given a choice of rooms and they were all clean and well-furnished, with modern amenities. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to transportation, shops, restaurants, and all the attractions. We didn't have to take a taxi from the airport as the bus dropped us off right by the hotel. The shower in the room was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.
