The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom that had both a bath and shower. The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and the facilities within the hotel were excellent.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Sunderland for one night and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful, spacious beach and plenty of dining options nearby. The spa area was lovely and added a touch of relaxation to my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room, adding an extra special touch to my stay. it was a great value for the price and the breakfast was delicious.

We loved staying here! The hotel is right by the sea, with easy beach access and a beautiful long stretch of sand across the promenade. The room was well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the great service with 24-hour room service, wake up service and dry cleaning. Plus, the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were fantastic.

Although the staff at the bar were fantastic, we did notice one member of staff behind the bar who gave the bare minimum customer service. However, we still highly recommend this place to family and friends for its excellent location and excellent amenities.
