I had a wonderful stay at Grand Sera. The location was perfect for exploring the main tourist attractions, and I found it easy to get around from the nearby Opera bus stop. The receptionist on the evening shift was exceptionally kind and helpful, and their fluency in English made my stay more enjoyable. The value for the price was unbeatable, with a comfortable room and great views of a massive mosque. I appreciated the little touches like matches and shoe polish that showed attention to detail. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of the Anatolian Civilization Museum and the citadel, making it convenient for sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, value, and friendly staff.

Not only that, but it also offers a delightful view of a nearby park and mosque from some rooms. The staff is known for their professionalism and friendliness, particularly Mr. Burak who provides excellent assistance. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast served here is tasty and varied, offering a range of options.

While the location and rooms are impressive, it should be noted that some guests have mentioned a lingering smell of smoke throughout the hotel, as smoking is allowed in the rooms and corridors. This could be a concern for those sensitive to smoke or looking for a more healthy environment.
