The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the waterfront and close to all the major attractions of the city. It's a great spot for exploring the city on foot. the rooms are spacious and have a lot of natural light, with beautiful views overlooking the water. the included breakfast was of high quality and the meals in the restaurant were enjoyable. the staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay more enjoyable.

The bed in our room was a little soft and aging, which made it uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. the lack of parking was a major inconvenience.

The hotel was located conveniently close to the ferry going to the popular attraction. We were able to walk to many sights we wanted to see, or take public transport with ease. Additionally, the location by the waterfront provided stunning views from the hotel bar.

the location was perfect, just opposite the wharf and adjacent to Salamanca. It was centrally located and within minutes of the city center and all the Hobart attractions. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with double-glazed windows to keep out the city noise. We appreciated the access to a guest laundry on the first floor. the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. the bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink while watching the world go by. it was a value for money, quality experience with a touch of class and comfort.

I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel. the location is excellent, near Constitution Dock and within easy walk of all the tourist sights. It's also conveniently close to the CBD. the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially the young waitress who served us breakfast. the included breakfast was fantastic, with a choice from the menu and delicious coffee. the historic atmosphere and port view added to the overall experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the waterfront with beautiful views of the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the popular Salamanca Place with its weekly Saturday markets is just a short walk away. The hotel is clean, roomy, and offers great breakfast options. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant also offers delicious meals at affordable prices. a great experience and would definitely stay again.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. We could easily take public transport or walk just through the park to Salamanca Markets/Square. Our room had modern amenities tucked in and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, especially when they promptly delivered our lost luggage. The breakfast had great options and the staff was friendly and efficient. We also enjoyed the view of the nearby wharf.

On one night, there was some noise from a group of youths in the nearby park. However, this was not the hotel's fault and just a result of its position.

We booked a basic room for a weekend getaway in a great location opposite the ferry. The room was a good size and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was hearty. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the area. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

There was a low audible noise coming from the nearby air conditioning system, which was a bit bothersome.

This hotel was excellently located in Hobart docks area, on the waterfront and near the famous Salamanca markets and MONA ferry. The basic amenities were in excellent condition, with a beautiful new bathroom and coffee/tea facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast vouchers included great options served at the water.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hobart. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right in the middle of the city and a short walk to all the bars, restaurants, and Salamanca markets. We were also near the beautiful harbour, which was a great bonus. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the young lady at the reception who was lovely and helpful. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with great coffee to start the day off right.

Had a great Christmas at a charming and historic hotel in a prime location! Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts included in our stay and appreciated the friendly staff. the hotel was just a short walk away from the bustling harbor and the famous markets, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Our room had a bit of noise from the nearby bar, which could be bothersome on the weekends or for light sleepers. the parking was a bit far away from the hotel, which made it difficult to drop off bags when checking in and out.
