Warm, familial atmosphere from staff.

I was disappointed with the promised spa facilities, as only a cold pool was available during my stay. The check-in process was chaotic, shuffling us between different buildings without a clear explanation. Additionally, the room was not only stuffy but the carpets appeared to be in desperate need of a deep clean. Although I appreciated the location, the overall experience left much to be desired.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a restaurant, 24-hour reception, and laundry. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great dining options. They are always friendly and ready to assist. I recommend asking for manager support if needed. I'm coming back for a city trip.

Room sizes are cramped and not suitable for families!!! Check-in process can be confusing, especially with room assignments!!! Bathroom design needs serious renovation, while the noise from the street can be quite disturbing at night.

definitely not what i expected for a hotel. the swimming pool was cold and took forever to warm it up. also, no kettle in my room? how rude. after all, a room upgrade would have been nice as compensation for all these inconsistencies, but clearly, they don’t offer that kind of service here. just couldn’t give a good review.

Although parking requires some luck, the arrangement with the hotel for managing your car was helpful. For the price, the included sauna and swimming facilities were an unexpected perk and enjoyable after long days of exploring.
