We had a great stay at a hotel in a prime location, right on the boardwalk in a good area. The hotel was very near to the beaches, making it convenient for us as business travelers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was stunning. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa and club lounge.

We did experience some issues with the key cards, having to replace them frequently.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton. The room was spacious and had a stunning view. The breakfast selection was excellent and the spa was clean and relaxing. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. One specific situation that impressed us was when we had an issue with the shower tap in our room. The hotel staff promptly came to fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Batumi.

Great breakfast variety and friendly housekeepers made the stay comfortable. the large, clean rooms in a convenient location were a plus. the spa amenities were a welcome respite after a long day of traveling.

Dinner was repetitive with limited options and coffee/tea was not included in the meal plan. Basic toiletries, such as bath caps and ear plugs, were not provided in standard rooms.
